My users connect to terminal server to use Outlook. I tried to run the
tzmove on the terminal server and it extracts the files, then it wants you to
choose a profile. The profile that shows up is MS Exchange. The operation
then fails. I ran fine on one of my terminal servers (it found nothing that
needed to be moved, but it ran ok) On my other two servers it fails... any
ideas?

You are running it as an admin or the server or as a user during a TS
session?

I am on the console of the terminal server signed on as administrator.

There's your problem; you'll have to run it as the user who wants to update
their content otherwise you are only changing the configured mailbox for the
admin.
