Go to dsl reports/our tools/speed test then check tweaks
and configuration like Testy said. I have cable 1024 and
spent a couple of months off and on trying to tweak and in
the end regular setup seems the best. I had 20 connections
Max connections per 1_0 server, 12 max connections per
server TCP recieve window of 26280 (max dsl recommends,
tried like 256000) MTU yes, black hole no, selective acks
yes, max duplicates 2, MTU 1500, TTL 128, 0 scaling, 0
time stamps. Best I got was like 1120 or so on 1024
connect but just not worth the trouble. Good luck don't
stay up all night it will drive you nuts.
