Drivers causing issues with Sleep mode and resume

From the performance rating page I was able to retreive this message
regarding drivers causing windows to not resume from sleep.

NVLDDMKM.sys
NVIDIA Compatible Windows 2000 Miniport Driver, Version 87.98
NVIDIA Corporation
NVIDIA GeForce 6800 (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM)

USBCCGP.sys
USB Common Class Generic Parent Driver
Microsoft Corporation
USB Human Interface Device

Quite interesting that one of the drivers Vista is having problems with is
one of its own.

Has anyone encountered this issue and perhaps resolved it? Please let me
know.

Yes, I have multiple drivers and a program affecting sleep mode and startup.
NVIDIA is the only non-Microsoft driver having a problem. One driver is a USB
driver while another is a floppy driver, and the program is IE4UINIT.exe.
