First Issue: Networking

I don't know whats happening but suddenly past few days any time my laptop
goes in sleep mode, the network shuts off and ridiculously takes several
attempts to connect after coming back out of sleep mode. It always disconnects
and then connects "with limited access" (in other words, ziltch).

This is what event log shows:

Note I've already done an o/s reload very recently. Networking
has never had this issue at all. However, sleep mode did before/after reload

I've got the same problem (Vista Ultimate), but, it's intermittent. Most of
the time the computer wakes up and is ready to go in just a couple of
seconds. When it happens though, the only way I've been able to reconnect
is by rebooting.
