drivers are gone?????

I am desperate! I have a compaq presario CQ60. Yesterday I reinstalled vista to wipe the laptop clean and start over ( changing jobs ). I now have no drivers. None. I can not connect to the internet to download more. I tried going to another computer and downloading drivers to a disk. That did not work. I am pulling my hair out. Suggestions PLEASE! Thank You so much!!!!
