Driver_irq_not_less_or_equal blue screen crash - HELP!

I keep getting this blue screen. I have recently upgraded my CPU from an AMD
Athlon XP2000+ to an Athlon XP 3200+. The m/board used is an ABIT AN7. I am
also using PC3200 memory ddr 400 (2*512mb). I have been trying to solve this
prob for several days now, and am getting rather irritated!

Anyone got any ideas?

Big jump in CPU speed for most motherboards. Be sure that you have made the
proper changes in BIOS to CPU speed, cache etc. Check your user manual.

Do make a full scan of all hard drives for virus / worms etc.

Also make sure you've run all XP updates to capture any requisite changes
for AMD 3200+ [I'm not sure if there are any at all].

If you have done all and the Mobo / BIOS are set correctly then I suggest a
repair install of Windows could cure your ills.
