0x00000007f blue screen while running 3DMark 03 video benchmark tool

Does anyone know if the source of this blue screen ? I am running XP SP2,
AMD Athlon 3200, Nvidia GeForce 5200 video card with the latest drivers
(not beta). Thanks for your time.

the text "UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP" did not appear in the error
message. I've already had my hardware checked out and it's ok. Is it just
that UT2004 demo doesn't like my video card or its drivers ?
