Driver Verifier test issues in MIDI Driver

I used HCT11.2 to test AC97 Device.
Driver Verifier tests finish all the tests items (example,
MIDI Driver, MIXER Driver, Full Deplux.....),but final log
file(audiover_1.log) was show " MIDI Driver failed to
complete ", then I was checked the log file for MIDI
Driver, it is pass all test items.

Is this apply Errata ID:1176?
and if my inf file include several combination Vendor ID/
Device ID/ Subsystem ID, how to make a submission?
