driver crash

hi
please can someone help me...my computer keeps crashing...well, the computer
keeps running, but the monitor stops working, or it spontaneously restarts,
or sometimes everything just freezes. crash analysis says it is either my
nvidia or a graphics driver (same thing) i installed the latest nvidia
driver, but it made it worse, so rolled it back, but it's still happening.

I would suspect a loose video card, in it's motherboard slot.

(that is what my totally un-pc literate, but very practical partner
suggested...) Also, it only started doing this after I moved the computer!
