B.S.O.D. 2 Errors

Hi, I'm having some signifigant problems with my Windows XP Home Edition SP-2
Computer. It keeps crashing and is very difficult to get rebooted after a
crash.

I keep receiving the same 2 errors:

1) IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. 0X0000000A
(0X0000001C,0X00000002,0X00000001,0X8053F6A9)

2) STOP: 0X00000EA THREAD_ STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER (Q293078)

I have removed my Nvidia G-Force MX 420 graphics card and removed it's
drivers, I updated the drivers for my S3 Savage on-board graphics and it
continued to crash, so I removed the drivers for the S3 on-board and now
running in VGA mode and the crashes continue.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Did anyone ever figure this one out? I have the Same Problem, just
came out of no where on my lap top. The only thing I installed
yesterday was an update to macromedia flash player. Please help me. I
am on the road and do not have my windows CD, but please give me a
solution if you know of one. I did a sys restore but it did not help,
I hope explorer.exe is not corrupt
