Drive letter

We have network drives that are assigned through a log in script. F, J, M,
etc

When I connect my 8 in 1 usb card reader it assigns letters that are not
being used. The problem is that once I reboot, it takes priority over my
network drives and then takes F. How can I assign permanent drive letters to
the USB device, so it doesn't interfere with my network drives?

Thanks

If you go to Disk Management in the Computer Management console, you can
assign permanent driver letters.
