CAUTION: If C: is your system drive, changing it's drive letter is not a
good idea... however,
To Change Drive Letter Assignments, or NTFS Folder Mounts:
START >> Administrative tools >> Computer Management >> Disk Management
Right click on the Drive/Partition >> Change Drive Letter and Path >> Edit
