If using MS Word as email editor, is there a way to use drawing tools to mark
up an email. I would like to have the ability to draw circles, pointers, etc.
around a screen shot that I placed into the email. Thnks!

You can, but no guarantees on how it is being received ;-)

It would be better to markup the picture with a picture editor, re-save the
image and then send that.

Or use a Word document and send it as an attachment to the email.
