Unable to find drawing toolbar

For some reason my Outlook 2003 doesn't seem to have a drawing toolbar. I
click on View - Toolbars and the only toolbars that are there are Standard,
Advanced, Task Pane, Web and Customize. Where did drawing go and where can I
find it??

So if anybody searches for this same problem in this forum, here is the
answer. You must make Word your primary editor of emails. To do this go
into Tools - Options - under the Mail Format tab check the box that says "Use
Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages". Click apply then ok.
That solves the problem of the drawing toolbar.
