The only other suggestion I have it to try installing it in

WIll that help in 64bits Vist?

Nuance just informed me:
Dragon naturally speaking will only be compatible with window vista 32 bits.
No version for Vista 64bit have been planned to be released in the future.

Fortunately, 32 bits is sufficient -- and works well!
