Drag-to-disk

Every time I inserted any blank disk I was getting options of different
programs to be open with .
Since yesterday after inserting any blank disk ( cd-r, dvd+R ) I get opened
folder ready to drag and drop files.
On properties of the disk I see " File System : Drag-to-Disk-R .
I cannot burn anything

Any idea what is wrong?

so you're using the built-in windows drag and drop thing? We need a little
more info. I don't know what file system drag-to-disk means, is that
separate program? If you are just using windows built in way, you just drag
files into the drive's folder, they show up as "to be written" and then you
go to File-write files to disk in that window.
Maybe that's what isn't showing up??
