Drag and Drop

I really dont understand this- it has to be simple but I just can't figure it
out. I want to be able to type up a page and have pictures and everything,
but all frontpage lets me do is have pictures and text one after the other.
Why cant I just drag a picture to a spot and there it is!? Let me try to
explain this.

I had a template of a page put onto my new page and now I have a buncha
cells everywhere and I can insert text and pictures. Simple enough. Now I
inserted a picture and I want to insert some more pictures to the right of
it, but frontpage only lets me insert pictures underneath it.

When I try to add a new layout table it only lets me start one underneath
the picture.

So how do I insert pictures to the right of the original picture besides
pressing the space bar? Layers? Text Boxes? I cant figure it out

That is the way html layout works
Create a table for laying out your page

I tried to create a table- but it only let me create one underneath and not
to the side.

Stefan,
If John were to use style="float:left" on the first table, he would be able
to insert another beside it, wouldn't he?

John,
Like this
Place cursor on the table.
Right Click
Select Table Properties.
Change Float to Left

I usually use Code view rather than the menus , but this should work
