frontpage 2003

When I try to insert a jpg-picture or a gif-picture to my FrontPage 2003,
the program says that this type of file is not supported by FrontPage. How
do I solve this?

Both image types are supported by FP
(unless the images are corrupt)
- Did you file import them into your FP site before you tried to insert them into a page
