Every time I try to download, it tells me to try later.
My computer crashed and I put everything back. I can't
view my videos from my camera.

Are we talking about two different problems here? If you are trying to
download from a website and you get a message to try later, it usually means
the site is busy try later.

As to videos from your camera, describe "I put everything back." If you
can't view videos from your camera, perhaps you need to reinstall the camera
software or remove and then reinstall that software. What happens when you
try to view these videos? Do you get an error message, if yes, what is the
message?
