I am trying to download some music from pass along, I am unable to download
the pass along software, the response is that my computer has hardware that
does not allow it. I have turned off all firewalls, pop ups...

Why would you ever want to turn off the firewall? A machine can be
compromised in just a few minutes without proper protection. Clearly,
someone other than yourself has harden and protected your computer. I
suggest you get to that person for assistance.

Btw, you computer's protection is trying to help you.

Just looking for some help, I am not a complete idiot about the firewall, but
thanks anyway for the encouragment!!!
