Downloading windows 2000 Service pack 4

On trying to download the service pack 4 on windows 2000, I first get a
message Error Starting programme then I get an error message "Windows cannot
access the specified device, pack or file you may not have the appropriate
permission to access"
I am trying to download the service pack so I can download Adobe Reader 7.

You might have better luck posting your issue to an OS focused newsgroup.

This newsgroup is focused on MS Access, the database product.
