My local kindergarten has a very old machine running Windows 98 with IE 4. I
would like to obtain a copy of IE6 for them but they only have dial-up and it
will be very slow to retrieve through the normal means. I'd like to download
the correct version over my broadband connection and write it to a CD to
install. All the resources I can find to download IE appear to try to be too
clever and tell me I already have IE6 on my machine. Is it possible to simply
download the full program to install on a different machine?
