downloading problems

Hi, My computer is windows xp and it will not let me download anything, keeps
saying i may not have permission to do this. Also My javascript is missing
and i cannot download it, it will not let me. Plz help x
 
Try a System Restore. Go to Start>All Programs>Accessories>System
Tools>System Restore. Just follow the Instructions.
