My new computer came with Windows XP & AOL 8.0 & MS Photo
7.0. I added MS Photo 9.0. I am unable to download or
save or capture a photo on the internet. First of all, it
saves them all as jpegs, even if I indicate a different
type. I could live with that, except no program on my
computer will open the jpegs I save from the internet. MS
Photo 7.0 & 9.0 both give me messages saying "This file
can't be opened." Microsoft Picture & Fax Viewer says "No
preview available." Internet Explorer just shows a little
red x in a box. None of them are able to open photos I
download from email or save using the right click method.
Any ideas how to correct this?
