downloading java script to window vista

I have problem downloading java script to window vista. It keep telling me
that the publisher was not able to recognise the 'encryptor'. please help

You don't need to download javascript (if that's what you meant). It comes
built in. If you're having problems with it, then post details of what
issues you're trying to solve, and someone may be able to help you.
