Downloading HOSTS File - Unable to Access NewsGroups.

After downloading the HOSTS File Update [09-20-05] and changing DNS Client
Start Up from Automatic to Manual I am unable accessing newsgroups in
aioe.cjb.net
A warning sign generated by Outlook Express displays the following message:
"The TCP/IP connection was unexpectedly terminated by the server"
Details:- Configuration: Account: aioe.cjb.net
Protocol: NNTP
Port:119

I restored my computer to an earlier time but this did not resolve the
problem.

I run Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D in safe mode and clean boot and everything
appears to be okay.

I then run Network Diagnostics which showed the following results:-
Default Outlook Express News msnews.microsoft.com FAILED

An updated HOSTS file from who or where? Usually it is created on your
system by you so what kind of update are you talking about?
