IP Gateway

I keep getting the "Internet Explorer has encountered an error" when i browse
the internet. It works for a couple of minutes then the message appears. I
ran a Network diagnostic and got this message:

DefaultIPGateway = 76.199.197.128(Same Subnet) (FAILED)
1. Pinging 76.199.197.128 with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Ping statistics for 76.199.197.128:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss)

What should i do next?

It sounds like you have no working net card in the machine, or perhaps the
router has lost power. You should get a report for your 'default gateway' of
something like http://192.168.0.1 or whatever.
