downloading headers and synchronise

hi all,

When I go abroad I somethimes use my mobiel to connect to my ISP and
download mails. Since bandwith is very limited it 's sometimes impossible to
read my mail because all the mail is being downloaded and sometimes these
mails can be several Mb's. Is there a way I can only download the headers
form the server so I can filter the messages I want to read?

I need to synchronise my outlook and know OsaSync. Someone has used the
program yet? Is it any good?

I m using Office XP 2002. It's not activeSync but Osasync. I want to
synchronize my laptop and desktop pc
