I use my PDA. It and ActiveSync are excellent tools for keeping Outlook in
sync on two PCs.

All Windows Mobile devices using ActiveSync should be happy with two PCs.
Make sure you specifiy that you will be connecting to two PCs when you
create the partnership.

But that won't _sync_ two PCs. Depending on the account type, you might be
able to get your e-mail on both PCs that way, but all the other Outlook data
won't be the same.

to keep my folders on the main pc but i want the ability to see the emails on
both pc's. On my main pc, i back my entire hard drive on an external HD.

The approach you take largely depends on what data you want on both PCs. If
you want just mail, then accessing the account from each PC is likely the
easiest, as you proposed. You'd have to file the messages the same way on
each PC to mimic the folder structure, but that's fairly easy.

If you need to share data or keep Contacts and Calendar in sync, then you'll
need more. See this for some ideas:

HP does not have an update for my PDA and I am getting the folowing message:
Synchonization can not be completed because Microsoft Outlook cannot open the
Task folder. Close Outlook and then start Outlook again. Once Outlook
again. once Outlook is running, disonnect your mobile device and reconnect.
If the problem persists, reinstal Outlook.

I have closed outlook 2007 and reinstalled it and still get the same
message. THe PDA was syncing until I loaded the *.pst backup file.

Additional, I can view the contents of the rx3115 while it is synced but my
PDA does not update from Outlook 2007. It worlked fine under XP and until I
loaded the Backup.pst from my old computer. I am using Vista Home Premium 64
bit with SP1
