Downloading from CD

I can download some CD's and not others. I downloaded
Quickbooks Pro to laptop but I can not get desktop to
download. Desktop downloads some other programs. The
problem seems to be with my windows XP program. Any
suggestions? DJ

"Downloading" means copying something from a remote computer on a network to
your computer.

Can you explain your problem in plain English?

Your post is confusing.

If some CDs work and others do not, that usually means the CDs or the
drive and not Windows.
Clean the CDs and drive.

Is Desktop a program you have or are you referring to the Desktop on
the computer screen?
