Downloading EXEs when blocked

I work from home and connect using ADSL.

The laptop my office provides for me has been set up to prevent me
downloading EXEs or to to receive EXEs in emails. This is also true
for ZIP files and some other file types.

I often need to download utilities for use on my other PC when I am
repairing it.

Is there a way to get EXEs without being blocked by the laptop?

You'll have to ask the person who imposed the blocking.

have your computer administrator send you the files you need. They will
be able to get around the issue.
