Downloading attachments

My friend has a Broadband account with Orange which provides her with her
email address. She has Vista and Windows mail. However when she downloads
her emails from the Orange mail server Windows Mail doesn't seem to download
emails with attachments. Anyone had this problem and know of a workaround or
fix?

Go to Tools, Options, Security, uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."
