Downloading any File

Anytime I try and download a new program or service pack or anything, Windows XP gives me this prompt saying that "The Software I am installing has not passed Windows Logo Testing to verify its compatability with Windows XP. Contact your system administrator

I have a hard time believine this because most of the software I have been downloading has come strait from the Microsoft WebSite.
