Downloading all (also custom) fields to Offline Address Book

The offline address book does not download all fields, especially any custom
fields that might have been setup. How can we define what fields are
downloaded to the offline address book?

Offline Address Book is an Exchange function, not an Outlook one. Post in
microsoft.public.exchange.admin for more help with customizing it.
