Offline Address Book

Hello,

I have a user who can't download offline address book while dialing up to
RAS server. This person fails synchronization when downloading address book
but on no other occassions (Can successfully synchronize email). Is there a
way on the user side to delete the address book and recreate the address book
file as I assume this item is corrupted?

Forget about this one, I'm an idiot you need to delete the .oab files and
then resynch. Sorry about the trivial question.
