Outlook Offline Address Book not downloading.....



Have a situation where my OUTLOOK Offline Address Book is
not properly synchronizing for offline use. When users
compose a new email message their Global Address List
does not show up when clicking on the TO button. User
also recieves the following error message:

Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error
(0x8004010F) : 'The operation failed. An object could not
be found.'

when synchronizing in outlook. Any ideas what could be
going on here?


Have you verified that you have a correct OffLine Address
List specified in the OffLine Address Lists Container in
the Exchange Management Console?
Also you should check that the Mailbox store is configured
to use that Offline Address List.
On the client you should manually trigger a complete
download of the Address list.
