Downloaded a ppt file (8MB), when I open it I get blank slides?

The file is quite large, why doens't it show any data when I open it in
Powerpoint? I just get a blank slide. I am using ppt 2003. I have tried
changing the view. No luck so far.

Try Help, Check For Updates and let MS do its Dance of the Multitudinous
Downloads on ya.

The original version of 2003 had quite a few problems, but the various service
packs should fix you up.
