I just downloaded. I dont know where to look for the file. If you tell me to
search how do I find the search button. Help a beginner.

Click Start >> Search and type the name of the folder and let the doggy
sniff/fetch for it <g>.
Usually the file/folder will be in My Documents did you look there?.

Download again and this time make a note of where the file is going.

Download another file and see what folder is mentioned in the dialog.

Default is to your desktop.....
