Download Windows No Longer Appears - Favorites

Everytime I try to download any file, my download dialog window doesn't show up even though I see the message "Download in Progress" or " Downloading" ...

Also, I can't add any web page to my Favorites...
 
It seems that your browser is hijacked by some spyware.

Go to www.lavasoftusa.com and download ad-aware 6.0 and install it.
this will remove the spyware from your computer and then keep your antivirus scanner and patches upto date.
Also enable the firewall on your computer.
You can also try www.spybot.com to download spybot spy and detect spyware.
