How do I get rid of this? Norton Antivirus popped up and said it detected this virus and can't repair it, so I called Microsoft and the technician said they can only help with Worm Blasters, and he would have an Engineer call me back but it would be like 4 days... so if anyone knows about this download.trojan thing, please reply to me and let me know the steps to get rid of this. I have a brand new computer that I love and don't want it to get damaged. PLEASE HELP!! I'm fairly knowledgeable with computers, but this is beyond me. I appreciate anyone's help... Oh I also run Sign protection scanner/ NOrton Antivirus, I have a firewall, and yeah, so if anyone knows anything... I appreciate your hel
thanx

The virus is probably in the System Restore files that are protected from
antivirus software. Go to System Properties > System Restore tab > turn off
System Restore > reboot > turn System Restore back on. This will delete the
virus from the files. Jym
