Download.Trojan virus

In downloading updates to microsoft, my computer was
infected with the subject virus. How can this be and who
can I address this to at MS?

You might be infected already prior to downloading the updates. I have not
heard of any virus coming from MS Windows Update site. If you could
identify the name of the virus, please post it here. Most likely, it's
Qhosts.
