download problems

cannot download files from any internet site...message is
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet
site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot
be found.

Any suggestions?

For some clues select "Problems" on this page. Make sure also that you have
room in your Temporary Internet Files (Folders). Keep it lean.
