Download Pics Does not display

In Outlook 2003, SOME TIMES Download pictures seem to download but DOES NOT
SHOW the pictures.

What can I do.

You can start by posting more information. What version OS? How big are the
pictures (some ISPs restrict the size of attachments)? Where are you
downloading them to? How are you trying to view the pictures? Do you get an
error message? What happens when you try to view the picture? You indicate
that the problem happens only sometimes...does it happen with a particular
sender? Does it happen with a particular picture format (i.e. jpg, bmp, tif,
etc.)?

The OS is Windlws XP Pro
The sender is varried.
The pic types Unknown.
The Automatic Picture Download settings are all active.
