download messages from Hotmail Account

In Outlook Express, I could download my emails from my Bellsouth account AND
my hotmail account. I have only been successful in downloading from my
Bellsouth account, thus far. Please advise.

Windows Mail won't download HTTP-type mail such as
Hotmail. Some people are having success with a third party
solution known as HotPop.

Windows Mail will not do Hotmail.
