Download Dialogue Box

Hi all Mr. Stupid here, I have managed to click the always ask before
opening this type of file check box and I can't find out how to get it back.
I have checked Microsoft's faq and can find a solution for xp but not vista.
Can someone please help?

Launch Internet Explorer and from the Toolbar select:
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced and place a check
next to "Notify when downloads complete" and click Apply.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately the box was already ticked. The problem
is when I click to download something, the box does not let me choose where
to download it too, it goes directly to the temp internet folder and I cant
make it go where I want.
