Download Dialog Disappeared

Okay, this is stupid.

You know that dialog box that pops up when you start a download asking
if you want to "RUN" or "SAVE" the file?

Well there is a little check box on that dialog to ask if you want this
question each time.

That box got UNCHECKED by accident

And I can't find the control to restore it.

Does anyone know how to restore this dialog box?

Thank you,

Actually it was while using Internet Explorer 8, but I did check FireFox
and the option was already checked.

I tried the download with FF and it does work correctly there. I also
noticed the progress meter, which had also disappeared was back.

I went back to IE8 and downloaded the same file. Once again, no
decision dialog box, no download progress meter and when the download is
completed it opened the file window in a folder under Temporary Internet
files for Windows:
C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\XS0DCPDN\<download file>

Maybe I should post this in the IE8 newsgroup.

Thanks,

Richard..
