Download Dialog Box

THis is probably a stupid question but can anyone tell me
how to get the option back on the dialog box that lets
you put the check in "always ask before opening this type
of file" I think i accidently unchecked it and now i cant
save stuff to disk off the internet that i need to. When
i try to download the file it goes straight to opening
it. Please Email me with any suggestions THANKS!
