downgrade SP4 to SP3 with no unsave files

We have a situation were we have a windows 2000 with SP4
and no uninstall information save.
We need to remove SP4 and put SP3.
Does anyone know a way?
 
You'll need to perform an in-place upgrade which knocks you back to SP-0 and
then reinstall all sp's and patches to the level you desire.
