Double Scrolling

A user reports that since he installed the latest Microsoft
Hot Fix, KB329115, whenever he clicks the scroll bar the
screen advances two pages instead of one. Any ideas?

Hi

I would think he got this effect from MS03-048/KB824145 and not KB329115.
Microsoft is aware of this problem with KB824145 and looking into it.
