Double printing from Photo Editor Oddity

Got a strange one here:

When I click the print icon in the toolbar I get 2 copies of an image
printed. If I click file, print, OK, I get a single copy printed.

Where could I start looking in order to solve this one?

WHAT "photo editor"??

You talkin' about the one in the Office Suite?
